either bought or sold a home within the past two years or plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years. The sample size for questions referring to future consideration is based on
618 respondents who plan on buying/selling a home within the next two years with a margin of error of +/- 3% at 90% confidence level. Brand and Advertising awareness questions are based
on a sample of 1085 respondents with a margin of error of +/- 2% at 90% confidence level. The study was conducted between February 2nd - August 9th, 2003 by Millward Brown, a leading
global market research organization.
